Wonderful
The staff was super nice, especially the "Cafeteria" lady (Natalia, if I'm not mistaken). The room was very spacious and comfortable, it had window shutters that blocked all the light, and the Minibar was well stocked. The spa area was very nice and quiet, seeing as you have to book a time to use it (the hot beds area was super relaxing). The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and everything was very tasty and constantly restocked by the staff. The gym was also well equipped. The hotel is very close to a beautiful beach and there is a very nice Italian restaurant nearby (Sorrento).
It was a little on the expensive side, especially if you want spa access. The restaurant dinner hours begin a little too late for us (20:30). It would be nice if they had more vegetarian options.

A nice clean hotel, which could use a few tweaks.
Decor was nice, although dining could do with updating. Spa was great!
The casual dining area was poorly manned, and very limited options for people arriving after lunch has concluded and prior to dinner which commences at 21:00 hour (9pm).
